"This survey will help us determine what our Winter Enrichment program will look like this year. We are planning to ski/snowboard on four Thursdays in January during regular school hours at Berkshire East, and we need as many chaperones as possible who are willing to ski or snowboard with the students. In addition, we are considering whether we should have a separate plan for some portion of the students to do another type of winter enrichment activity other than skiing or snowboarding. (There are no set plans yet for any additional activity other than skiing/snowboarding) Please respond by Thursday, October 6."
